At No Excuse Produce, we take immense pride in the growth and achievements of our athletes. Today, we are thrilled to spotlight two standout players who have become pillars of excellence in Central Massachusetts basketball—Cheyton Marshall of Burncoat High and James McKinney of Nipmuc High.
The Journey to Greatness
Both Cheyton and James began their basketball journeys with Coach Hunter as ambitious 8th graders. Through dedication, hard work, and countless hours of practice, they have blossomed into two of the most formidable players in the region. Their commitment to the No Excuse Produce philosophy of “1% better every day” has paid off, setting them apart as leaders on and off the court.
A Historic Milestone
James McKinney has achieved a remarkable feat, becoming the first player in No Excuse Produce’s history to surpass the 1,000 career point milestone. This accomplishment is a testament to James’ relentless drive, skill, and unwavering focus. As a senior, James is averaging an impressive 19 points per game, consistently leading Nipmuc High to victory.
Cheyton Marshall, a senior at Burncoat High, is also making waves. Averaging 15 points per game, Cheyton’s dynamic presence on the court has been instrumental in his team’s successful season. His leadership and determination exemplify what it means to be a No Excuse Produce athlete.
